By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. DomainBoost is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with DomainBoost, including clients who purchase guest posting, link building, or email campaign services; agency partners using white-label solutions; publishers in our network; website visitors; free tool users (e.g., DA/DR Checker); and recipients of our marketing communications. 

3. Information We Collect 

3.1 Information You Provide 

  • Account registration: Full name, email, company name, website URL, phone number (optional), billing address, and password. 
  • Orders and campaigns: Target URLs, anchor text, keywords, niche information, content guidelines, and campaign objectives. 
  • Payment: Billing details and transaction history. Card data is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers. 
  • Communications: Emails, support tickets, live chat transcripts, and other correspondence with our team. 
  • Publisher data: Website domain, DA/DR metrics, traffic stats, content categories, contact and payment information. 

3.2 Information Collected Automatically 

When you access our Platform, we automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, pages visited, session duration, referring URLs, and timestamps. We also use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect browsing behavior and preference data (see Section 8). 

3.3 Information from Third Parties 

We may receive data from SEO analytics providers (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) for domain verification, payment processors for transaction confirmations, marketing and referral partners, publicly available business directories, and social media platforms. 

4. How We Use Your Information 

  • Service delivery: Account management, order fulfillment, publisher matching, content coordination, campaign reporting, white-label reports, and billing. 
  • Platform improvement: Usage analytics, feature development, performance monitoring, and security. 
  • Communication: Transactional emails, support responses, service updates, and marketing communications (with your consent). 
  • Security and compliance: Fraud prevention, Terms enforcement, legal compliance, and protecting rights and safety of DomainBoost and users. 

5. Legal Basis for Processing 

Contractual necessity: Processing required to deliver services you’ve purchased, including account management and order fulfillment. 

Consent: Where you’ve provided explicit consent, such as for marketing emails or optional data collection through free tools. 

Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, Platform security, analytics, and service improvement, where these do not override your fundamental rights. 

Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders. 

6. How We Share Your Information 

DomainBoost does not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances: 

Service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting (AWS), email delivery services, SEO analytics providers (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush), customer support tools, and analytics services. All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. 

Publisher network: Limited campaign details (content topics, target URLs, anchor text) shared with publishers for placement fulfillment. We never share your personal contact information or account details with publishers. 

Agency partners: Campaign data and reports formatted under your agency branding for white-label arrangements. 

Legal disclosures: When required by law, court orders, or to protect DomainBoost’s rights and property, prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with prior notice to you). 

7. Data Retention 

We retain data only as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by law:

  • Marketing cookies: Support targeted ads and campaign measurement (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, Facebook Pixel) — up to 2 years. 

You can manage cookie preferences via our consent banner or your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality. 

9. Data Security 

We implement robust measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, role-based access controls, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, secure AWS cloud infrastructure, multi-factor authentication for admin access, and incident response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and credential protection. 

10. Your Rights 

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure (subject to legal retention), restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate interests, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. International Transfers 

DomainBoost operates globally and may transfer data internationally. We implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements with all providers, and encryption of data in transit and at rest, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations. 

12. Additional Regional Rights 

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA) 

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it’s used, request deletion, opt out of any future sale of data (we do not currently sell data), request correction of inaccurate data, and limit use of sensitive personal information. EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

13. Email Campaign Platform 

For our email campaign tools, DomainBoost acts as a data processor on behalf of clients (data controllers). We process recipient data (emails, engagement metrics, bounces, unsubscribes) solely as instructed. Clients are responsible for obtaining proper recipient consent. We provide compliance tools for list hygiene, unsubscribe management, and anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL). We do not use client email lists for our own marketing. 

14. Children, Third-Party Links, and Changes 

Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Our Platform may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email and Platform notice. We encourage periodic review of this Policy.
