1. Agreement Overview 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DomainBoost website (www.domainboost.io), platform (app.domainboost.io), and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by DomainBoost (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. 

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a notice on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. 

2. Eligibility and Accounts 

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements. If acting on behalf of a business, you must have authorization to bind that entity. You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@domainboost.io of any unauthorized access. Each user may maintain only one active account unless expressly authorized. 

3. Services 

3.1 Guest Posting & Link Building 

DomainBoost provides premium guest posting, curated links (niche edits), and visual link services through 100% manual outreach to our vetted publisher network of 10,000+ websites. All placements include original content published on niche-relevant third-party sites with contextual do-follow backlinks. Services are offered across three tiers: Foundation (DA 20+), Authority (DA 40+), and Premium (DA 60+), with varying content lengths, traffic thresholds, and support levels. 

3.2 Email Campaign Platform 

Our email campaign management tools enable you to create, send, and manage email marketing campaigns including automation workflows, A/B testing, list management, and analytics. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, PECR). DomainBoost provides compliance tools but does not guarantee legal compliance on your behalf. 

3.3 Free Tools & Dashboard 

Free SEO tools (e.g., DA/DR Checker) are provided as-is without guarantees of uptime or accuracy. All clients receive Dashboard access for real-time order tracking, live URLs, DA/DR snapshots, traffic data, anchor text documentation, and white-label report generation. 

4. Quality Standards 

All publishers are manually vetted for DA/DR (via Moz/Ahrefs), organic traffic (minimum 1,000+ monthly visitors via Ahrefs/SEMrush), spam score below 5%, and active Google indexation. We reject any association with PBNs, link farms, or automated link schemes. All guest post content is 100% original, human-written, and tailored to each publisher’s editorial standards. Backlinks are placed contextually within article bodies with strategically varied anchor text. DomainBoost operates exclusively within Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. 

5. Orders and Delivery 

Orders are placed through the Dashboard by selecting a service tier and specifying target URLs, anchor text, and niche requirements. An order is confirmed upon successful payment. Our team curates a publisher shortlist for your approval—nothing is published without your green light. Standard delivery is 14–30 days from confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to publisher schedules and niche availability. We will communicate anticipated delays proactively. Delivery timelines do not constitute guaranteed deadlines. 

6. Pricing and Payment 

All prices are in USD and displayed on the Platform at order time. Full payment is required before services commence. We accept credit/debit cards and other methods shown on the Platform, processed through secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). DomainBoost does not store card data. Custom billing terms (net-15/net-30) may be arranged in writing for agency accounts. Services may be suspended for payments overdue by 14+ days. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; you are responsible for any VAT, GST, or sales tax in your jurisdiction. We may modify pricing with 30 days’ notice; changes do not affect confirmed orders. 

7. Refunds and Cancellations 

Before work begins: Full refund available if your order status has not changed to “In Progress.” Contact support@domainboost.io. 

After work begins: Assessed case-by-case. Partial refund may be issued minus completed work costs. No refund for published placements meeting specified criteria. 

Quality disputes: Report within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate and offer a replacement placement, service credit, or refund at our discretion. 

Non-refundable: Content writing fees for created articles, published placements meeting specs, services cancelled due to Terms violations, and payment processing fees. 

Chargebacks: Contact support before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection proceedings. 

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. 

8. 12-Month Link Replacement Guarantee 

If a published guest post is removed by the publisher within 12 months of delivery, we will secure a replacement on a site of equal or greater DA at no cost. We proactively monitor placements and notify you of removals. 

Exclusions: Removals caused by the client, publisher domain expiration/closure, client’s target URL returning 404, client’s site flagged for malware or illegal content, client-supplied content violating publisher guidelines, or client breach of these Terms. 

Replacements are typically fulfilled within 14–30 days of confirmed removal. 

9. Your Responsibilities 

You must provide accurate order information (URLs, anchor text, niche specs). DomainBoost is not responsible for results caused by inaccurate information. You agree not to: 

• Submit URLs containing malware, illegal content, or phishing material. 

• Request placements for content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or explicit material. 

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Platform data beyond normal Dashboard use. 

• Send spam or violate anti-spam laws through our email campaign tools. 

• Share or resell account access to unauthorized parties. 

• Interfere with Platform operation, security, or performance. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All Platform content, software, trademarks, and materials are DomainBoost’s exclusive property. Guest post content ownership transfers to the publisher upon publication. You retain ownership of content you supply directly. By submitting materials to us, you grant a non-exclusive license to use them solely for order fulfillment. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by DomainBoost without obligation. 

11. Third-Party Publishers 

DomainBoost does not own or control publisher websites. We cannot guarantee permanent availability of any publisher site or its content. DA/DR scores and traffic metrics are third-party measurements that may fluctuate. Post-delivery changes to anchor text or target URL may incur additional fees dependent on publisher cooperation. The 12-month replacement guarantee (Section 8) is your protection against link removal. 

12. Disclaimers and Liability 

No ranking guarantees: We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties and subject to change. 

Third-party metrics: DA, DR, traffic, and spam scores are provided by Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. We report these in good faith but are not responsible for subsequent fluctuations. 

As-is basis: The Platform and Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. 

Liability cap: DomainBoost’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. 

Force majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions. 

13. Indemnification and Confidentiality 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainBoost from claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, content you provide that infringes third-party rights, or misuse of email campaign tools in violation of anti-spam laws. 

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information (pricing, publisher network details, campaign data, business processes) for the duration of the relationship and two years after termination. Neither party shall disclose confidential information without written consent, except as required by law. 

14. Data Protection 

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. For email campaign platform users, DomainBoost acts as a data processor on your behalf; you remain the data controller. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request. 

15. Termination 

You may close your account anytime by contacting support@domainboost.io. Closure does not entitle you to refunds for completed services or orders in progress. DomainBoost may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, non-payment (14+ days overdue), security risks, or legal requirements. Upon termination, Dashboard access is revoked, published placements remain on publisher sites, and data is retained per our Privacy Policy. Payment obligations, indemnification, and confidentiality survive termination. 

16. Disputes and Governing Law 

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@domainboost.io. We will respond within 7 business days. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation before initiating arbitration or litigation. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. 

17. General Provisions 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and DomainBoost. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent; DomainBoost may assign upon notice in connection with a merger or acquisition. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Notices are sent to your registered email; notices to us should go to support@domainboost.io. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
